  • EXTERIOR

    In Oklahoma, the exterior of your home will be frequently tested by the elements. We do a lot to protect your investment. We use Huber products as our first line of defense. Their advanced systems allows for an air and water tight home. We also may be the only builder in town using cutting edge Siga tape. This allows us to tape the joint where your framing meets your slab and keep there elements + unwanted critters out. These are only a couple of examples of steps we take.

  • LONG LASTING

    Our homes are built to stand up against the test of time. We take a lot of steps to make sure of it. One feature you will notice on all of the homes we use is the top quality materials. We also pick materials like stone and stucco vs siding, so that you do not have to worry about decay, repainting, etc.

  • OVER ENGINEERED

    We don’t believe in “good enough.” We believe in the best. We over engineer our homes which minimizes deflection that can crack drywall, keep the house quieter and make your home more efficient. We also use AdvanTech subfloor paired with their proprietary glue, which guarantees you a squeak free 2nd floor.

  • FUTURE PROOF

    We over wire our homes to be sure they are ready for anything and everything you could want. We prewire for cameras, speakers, networking, access points, shades, heaters, etc.

  • HOT WATER RECIRCULATION

    Every one of our homes has hot water on a recirculating loop. This means you have near instant hot water at every fixture. We also use tankless hot water heaters to ensure an unlimited supply of hot water.

  • INDOOR/OUTDOOR

    We believe in the importance of natural light and fresh air. You will notice that all of our homes are built with an abundance of natural light. We strive to always have a courtyard, back patio and other outdoor space to make sure you always have a wonderful place to enjoy the nice weather.

  • ENERGY EFFICIENT

    We believe in having a highly energy efficient home. All of our homes are 2x6 construction, which allows for maximum amounts of spray foam to encapsulate our homes. We also seal off where the framing meets the slab. This is a detail that almost no other builder in Tulsa does. By skipping this step, you allow air to leak and give critters a pathway in. We also use high efficiency HVAC systems with smart thermostats to cut down on your bill. Our homes are so tight, that we install a system to bring fresh air into your house.

  • CONVENIENCES

    We try to be one step ahead of anything you could ever want in your home. In many of our homes, we put in a dog bowl that automatically fills with water – all you have to do is drain it every once in awhile to clean it. We also go overkill on our A/C returns, to make sure every part of your home is comfortable. Most of our homes are designed for 2 washers and 2 dryers. We insulate between many of our walls and under upstairs bedrooms. These are just a few of the things we do to make sure you are comfortable in your home.

  • DOCUMENT EVERY STEP

    Much of a house is behind walls. Often, builders cut corners since no one will ever be able to see behind the wall. We have nothing to hide and LOVE to show off how high quality our homes are. We use a state-of-the-art software that allows for us to take 360 photos of every inch of each home we build after each important milestone. We are the only homebuilder in Tulsa to use it.
