Tulsa based Carpe Diem Homes was founded by Ryan Coretz in 2021. Ryan is a licensed realtor (#185142) who got bored of spec house after spec house looking and feeling the same. Many builders cut corners where they can, do not put much time or thought into the design of their spec homes, and do not have good customer service when issues may arise. Ryan’s knows there is a market for luxury spec homes (built to a custom quality), for those who do not want to go through the headache of building their own home, but want to have the luxuries and quality that come with a custom house. That is the void that Carpe Diem is here to fill. Ryan tells all vendors and prospective buyers that if one of his houses was not to sell, he would be thrilled to move into it. Each house is built with that in mind and Ryan means that when he says it. He refuses to try and cut corners, as he wants to stand by this. Ryan is frequently questioned by his vendors as to if he is truly going to sell a house, or if he is going to move in, due to his attention to all the little details.
